Traditional creators face a 52-week "workflow tax"—manual editing prevents scale. I designed an AI engine to bridge the 100x RPM gap between Shorts and long-form, turning archives into high-yield lead magnets.

IMPACT

  • Low Effort Scaling: Reducing production overhead via end-to-end AI automation.

  • Revenue Optimization: Bridged the 100x RPM gap by turning Shorts into a high-value revenue funnel.

  • ~5x Content Volume: Scaled creator presence across the feed using existing long-form assets.

PROBLEM

  • Production Burnout: Manual clip extraction is a compounding time-sink (52x/year).

  • The Revenue Wall: Shorts monetization is 10-100x lower than long-form, requiring massive volume to be viable.

  • Broken Funnel: Existing tools focus on "making clips," not "converting viewers" to the main channel.

  • AI Hook-Detection: Algorithms prioritize high-replayed segments to maximize "viral" potential.

  • One-to-Many Batching: Designed a workflow to generate large batches of content in a single session.

Trailer-like clips on Shorts are extremely valuable for Youtube

Short-form video alone has low RPM rates, so Shorts that funnel users back to long-form is great for Youtube's bottom line (Youtube splits ad revenue 50/50)
